Located in downtown Jacksonville, NC on the beautiful New River, this three-story house is on one acre of meticulously landscaped yard with scenic views of Wilson Bay. The home can sleep up to 20 people and can also accommodate 200 guests for a sit-down dinner on the lawn as well as plenty of room for a large tent in case of inclement weather. This property not only includes the beautiful 3-story home for the Bride and Bridal party, but it also includes Groom's Quarters located next to the main property that sleeps up to 8 people. This property has future developments underway that include a 40-foot yacht that sleeps 8 people and a private island in close proximity for events to be held on. Once you've booked your wedding or event with our venue, upon arrival you will be greeted with complimentary amenities as a thank-you for choosing us to host your special occasion. All of this is included in one flat rate for 4 days!

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with special amenities that are included when booking your wedding & event with us. These are complimentary gifts from us here at the venue. We want the weekend to be as relaxing and stress-free as possible so if there is anything you need at all during your stay with us and or during your event, you will have someone to accommodate all your needs for the entire weekend (aka the venue manager).
